I have been off of cigarettes since the hero's journey. It is what I journeyed for and I am so grateful that it became a reality...but...I am left with "a shroud" that is weighing me down something awful. I am angry and sad a lot. "It" leaves me at times, but always returns. I feel raw and extremely vulnerable when "it" come back around. I sent away for your cd an am hoping it moves this awful negative energy that I am engulfed with....(tears) Thank you for helping me to put a name to it.
